Well, it was nice to watch a game...AND a win at that

With recap duties for Rising Apple yesterday, I was able to see that nice change of what was a deep, dark and dreary pace (which may or may not continue.) An excellent showing by Niese, and an offense that didn't look like the complete opposite of Murderer's Row...

Ike though, with 4 strikeouts and a groundout to 1st, could very well see his early season chances finally evaporate.

He's still one of my favorites on the Mets, so in hopes of sending good vibes out into the ether and getting this whole thing turned around, Julian's Met of the Week is none other than the man we all know could be soooo good.
